Our philosophy is to develop a foundational model with efficient training practices and superior context handling capabilities, which will benefit humanity and advance us in the language model race.
We aim to represent India at the forefront of AI innovation. Rather than directly releasing a foundational model, we're taking a strategic approach: starting with developer tools, open-source libraries, and building a vibrant Bhasa community.
Once this foundation is established, we will resume our research on state space models and other architectures with linear time complexities for context handling tasks—moving beyond traditional attention mechanisms to create more efficient and scalable solutions.
